My balance bar is 27 inches long. It is for a vinyl single hung window that was installed in 2008.

I need 18 of the grey clutch mechanism in the sash balance mechanism pictured above. It says Amesburytruth.com on the part. The window is a Plygem unit approx. 20 years old. You can see the broken part still in the balance (image 9290)thanks,Peter

I believe that your 1 1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe will replace the shoe in the photos. The measurements are the same to those on your website. I'm not sure if these were originals meaning I don't know if open or closed cams make any difference. These will be for single hung windows. Also will need some ... (cont.)

Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to help me with these parts I am looking for 1 left tilt sash. 2 right tilt sash latches and 6 balances. They measure about 27in length. Thank you in advance

Hello, I have windows that are either stuck closed with balance disconnected and up in the top part of the window or windows that just wont stay open. In some cases the clips on the bottom sash are broken. I think I need to order new balances or new clips or both.

Think I just need the plastic piece connecting the spring to the window. Also need the top of the window locking the window to the frame. I don't know the manufacturer. Can you help with the right parts? Thanks Ron

Series 650 I need a block and pack and tackle balance for the right side The metal bar is 34 inches long I took a photo of the width of the metal bar Did I miss anything?

Have 3 windows that will not stay open. Only characters I can see on each balance are 34C OK BSI. Windows are approximately 20 years old and original to the house. (House built in 2003). I can supply more photos if needed. Thank youGeorge

Hi, I am trying to replace just the tilt shoes of my channel balance springs for my residential windows. The channel balance spring is stamped with BSI 30B. I tried looking the new part numbers up for the tilt shoes but the new ones are taller (p/n 62-50002), See pictures. The house was made in 20 ... (cont.)

These windows were a builder grade window installed in a house in Tennessee.

I have a set of windows that will not open because the shoes are broken. I don't know which part I need, however. Attached is a photo. I measured 1.5" on the outside of the channel, and I'm assuming I need 1.25". I saw a couple options and am unsure what I need.Thanks!!-Lane

This window balance has a small cord anchored with a screw into the jam at the top. At the bottom it has a 15-195B 1 1/4 " T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam. Two Patriot windows have broken sash and cannot fully open. Originally installed in 2004 by home builder Pulte.

Pivot bar has a stamp on it, wondering if the 26-360 will work 2 1/2" holes are 2"rear and 1 3/8 to front of pin. Are the shoes the 15-195 series?
