I have a balance spring that is almost a Series 795 34D but where yours has a tab with a hole mine has a "V" clip that attaches to a hole in the frame. See photo. Do you supply with a "V" clip?

The clips seemed to have broken on theses. I have 3 windows to fix, all go up and down, but won't stay up. Grey clip: Pat # 4610108. / 6,679,000 White clip : 13 Steel case with spring: 26-5.......TA.....BSIN I need replacement parts. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I had a window was broken both side of shoes. Should I buy close cam or open cam?

I need 3 pair of the inverted channel balances with the T shoe. stamped on it was "26-5 TD BSIN". I also need 2 pair of the plastic snaps. they measure 5/8ths wide and 2 3/8ths long. please let me know if you need anything else and also how to order. thanks joe

I attempted to match the grey one in the picture to you 15-195B( order #1595647) but the part cannot hook on in the steel frame with the spring. In the past the window warranty sent me these black thinner one inch ones and they worked too. -David

These parts broke - can I simply buy the shoe? Need the model number and if you have them available. Nicholas

26-7 I have attached multiple photos. I believe I have a t-lock balance system. What length do I need. The part is marked 26 but measures 27".

These are from Patriot windows that were installed by Ryan homes in 2008. Patriot is now out of business. I am trying to find parts that will replace these. I have a picture of the tag on my window. I tried the 15-195B but they would not fit my channel

I need several balances as well as shoes. I believe my channel.width is 1 1/4. The balance has 27B BSI engraved on it. I have several windows with broken balance. I purchased some replacement 1-14" Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam for existing balance. Measure 30 inches, stamped 30B. There is an indent at the bottom of the balance that won't allow the new balance shoe to pivot on the post and snap into place. Would you tell me the correct shoes that I need. Al ... (cont.)

As you can see, my channel balance has a hook at the top. I have ordered the 795 30B channel balances and installed them using a screw I had at home. Needless to say, the screw has popped out and the balance disengaged. What would it cost for two 795 30B channels with a hook and also four 795 36B ... (cont.)
