I'm purchasing a condo and one of the windows is not working correctly - basically it doesn't stay up. I can see the balances are not working as they should. Can you let me know what parts I need to purchase?

Hi there, I am pretty sure that I read another posting where this balancer would be a custom make. It's stamped with a 27B channel, and has some perhaps unique ends. My balance bar has a ridge in it. Therefore, the shoe doesn't slide under the small metal bar. I am also sending a picture of the bottom of the balance bar where the shoe attaches. Please send to Jasmine.

Numbers on spring cover is 28C BSI TH and on the busted clips D467490 The plastic clips that connect to the metal spring broke off due to East to West sun exposure. Do I need a whole new kit or can I just replace the busted plastic part.

Need replacement inverted block & tackle balance for upper sash tilt-out window. Marking on metal channel is 34B PD BSI. Channel is 34 inches long. Sash cord is white and screws into the top of the frame. The T-lock shoe is 1-1/4". The T-lock cam is open.

It's for tilt windows, I see markings of 26-5, TB and BSIN. These balancers have 3 solid sides with a spring on the open side. We have double panel windows made my Plygem. we are out of warranty and the handyman says we need to change Balance shoe 1 1/4" #747. Which part should I have to order. I think it has two pieces. A few left from the first time round Sujatha

Windows won't go up or down

The balance widow shoes I received were very close but not close enough to work properly. So I sent you this picture of the window type itself. I also need the spring type slides that allow the window to tilt open and drop down for cleaning.

On one side of my window the string broke on the balancer. i pulled it from the tilt window and it shows number BSI 34c stamped on the metal.

Need replacements. For stock windows from Home Depot circa 2007/2008, possibly Silverline brand. Do you have direct replacement available?
