Hi I know I need S795-28 28c but not sure on the show needed and if the one that come with the channel balance will work or nor

We need to lock shoe how do we know what to buy

What is the difference between the 15-195, 15-195B and the 15-229 shoes? I see they have "open cam" and "closed cam" in their part descriptions, but what does that mean? I'm going to measure my old shoes (that are broken in my window frames) tonight and want to order new cams for all the windows in ... (cont.)

Having problems raising my windows. I assume I need to replace my Tlocks. The patent number is 4610108. The spiral bracket balance is 27D. Do I order 15-195 or 15-195Bs? Is there a difference and can you give me installation instructions.

Hi. In the photos, I believe I have a window balance. It helps keep the window open. The bottom end of it has a piece that's broken off. Is it something that can be replaced? Hello, I need this balance in 27" I'm pretty sure it's the series 795 but instead of the flat part on the top I need one with a hook and the T bar on the bottom.

I have a broken channel balance and tilt pin on a M&W 800 Series double hung window. I think the channel balance is the 36" Series 795 (36C), but I have not been able to identify the tilt pin on your web site. I am including pictures, please let me know if you have this part. Looking to get some parts for several windows in my house. Not sure what type shoes these are and the bar or tension rod. It is 34inches. The one picture shows a metal piece that broke off in the shoe that needs to be replaced. Could you help

We have silver line 2900 series windows installed in 2007. Is 15-195B the correct shoe replacement? The balance is fine, just the plastic shoe has broken down and released.

Need to replace 8 of these.

Only writing is PAT 4810108. This is a plastic piece and the plastic has deteriorated and broken at the hook where it attaches to the shash. The rope has not broken jusdt the hook in this little plastic attachment. Can it be replaced without replacing the whole assembly? I have several windows w ... (cont.)

I'm looking at the series 795 chart. Is that the correct chart? Sash weighs essentially exactly 30 lbs. That is a dividing line on the 795 chart. I'm assuming that I move up in weight?
