The left and right side tilt window locks engage in the channel when the window is tilted inward. The left and right side latches hold the window in place when it is closed.

Hello,I have a Patriot window, with bad balancer. I think I've done my research and wanted to see if you can confirm I'm right. Your 795s series. the bottom piece that fits the pivot pin, has been lost. It fell out. My fault. I was wondering if their is a part I could replace it with? A shame to lose the balance .

Hello, I believe these are the 27" 795 Channel Balances but wanted to be sure. The window weighs 24 lbs and one broke. Would like to replace both but before I order the 27D for this series, I wanted to be sure this was correct. Thank you, Tom

marked 26C. There is a groove that leads down into the cam. Milgard vinyl window. I'm pretty sure it's your 795 series, but I am not sure which cam I need. Thanks!

This piece seems to be the primary culprit of failure on our Nami windows. Not sure if I can replace just this piece or the whole channel assembly

I need 2 of the balances pictured. The only marking is 28c which is the sleeves length.

I need to fix several windows where the balancers popped out of place. We were quoted a crazy amount for each window. My windows tilt. Balancers are stamped 27B BSI TX or TK. Length is 27? and width is .5?. We also have 27C BSI TK or TX.

This is for a plastic part on a double hung vinyl window balancer. The actual window balance block and tackle looks fine, but the plastic "shoe" at the bottom end is broken. I don't know what brand of tilt window it is. Got it from lowes. I have some Pella windows but they are labeled Pella on the window locks and this one has no name on the locks. I did find a number on it 4810108 and before that is Pat. So I don't think it is a part number.

I have two of this part that fits into a metal rail containing a spring. Apparently the locks on this piece that locks in the metal rail is broken. The Window will not stay up. The best I can tell the window is a TI AC36 Low E Glaze
