what part number do I need for Ply Gem NW Pro Classic size 3052 window. Is it a Pivot Lock Shoe that attaches to the bar that houses the spring. 20" tilt window sash balance with indent in channel at spring end. Need a pair, and the shoes that go with them if it is possible to identify them without an image.

I believe it's from a patriot window. Size is 35" as pictured.

Hello,I would like 2 replacements for the Window Channel Balance shown in the photo. Identifying marks are "26B" and "BSI". Channel dimensions are about 1/2"x1/2"(may be 9/16"x1/2") They are for a tilt-out window.Many thanks

Window is a double hung window that tilts out. Not sure of the brand of window. Metal part is 26" long and has 26B ok BSI stamped on it.

One of my tilt window Channel balances broke apart. The channel measures 34 inches from one end of the metal U channel to the other, excluding the plastic stuff sticking out. Removed my balance shoe with the help of some of your videos. Just want to make sure I have the correct part and that there isn't anything I might be missing. Trying too replace several latches and the part on the end of the balance rod clips are broken. I will see if I can get any numbers off from any of the parts later tomorrow. Probably looking at a quantity of 25 plus

I have a 27-in channel balance from a single tilt window. I don't know whether I have a closed or open cam shoe and I'm not sure what the weight is based off the stamp. I have not weighed the windows yet but I will if I need to.
