Plastic part connects spring to side of tilt out single sash window. Both sides are broken and windows will not stay up. We have 3 windows with this problem. Picture #1 is the label from one of the windows. Pictures 2 & 3 are the part. I looks like the part has Pat #s 6.679.000

I identified that I have a series 795 balance with your 15-195B shoe. My original stamp on my balance says 24E, my window weights 25.6 I do not see an option for my balance so I am figuring I may need a custom balance made for my window. I am looking to replace channel balances on windows at my beach house. Balances on all windows are failing due to rust. Hi there - I need to buy some parts for a couple of my windows. Please see the attached picture. I believe these are balancer rail locks and latch etc.

T-Lock pics are my hardware. Pic From Web is the closest thing I can find to mine online, but cannot determine a supplier, part number or any info. Can you tell me what I need or something close that should work? I need to replace the shoes on 6 windows. Thanks!

Number on metal is 30B higher up is BSIN and a small rpm perpendicular to Bsin. The plastic clips have broken. Can I replace just the clips in picture or do I need to replace whole unit.
