I ordered replacement 28 series 795 channel balance ( S795-28 )the I pivot bar ( 26-021 ) I ordered was to short therefore did not work.Plaese let me know the correct pivot bar needed.Thanks, Stephen

Updating my old crossbow balances. The hole spacing of the pivot bar 26-366 is a match with old pivot bar. However, the new bar doesn't stick out as far; it's about 1/4" short, so it doesn't reach all the way to engage the balance. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I need 4 balances of both of the sizes pictured (8 total). I have not been able to identify the window manufacturer. The house was built in 2000 by Centex.

Picture #3 shows close up of needed stud. It measures 2 1/2" long and 5/8" from screw hole to screw hole.

Hi I have crossbow balance 3/8 spring and i want to know if I can replace this crossbow with series 900 spiral balance 3/8" and pivot shoe 15-045.

Is there a replacement part for the fitting on the base of the window that fits into the shoe of the Series 850 balance spring of my tilting window?

I believe that it is a 28.5, the overall height of the window is 59.5 It has a 5/16 in thick shoe and a 3/8 in spring

I ordered 13 of item 26-366. The attached picture shows the original part which is not rectangular and will not fit in the s795 - 28 balance that I ordered. Hello I took this off of a 600 series tilt window. It was at the bottom of the window. Can you tell me what type of bracket this is?
