I looked up this part on the internet. All measurements fit the lock in my patio door so I ordered the part.Just received mortise lock Item # 82-269 order # 1446717. This is a part used on a sliding door. The only marking I see is a GU or CU. Any ideas?

Handle will not move out of the locked position. Looks like a tight fit to get this off.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Alex. For your handle set, take a look at our 82-081. See if the screw hole measurements match up with yours. As for your mortise lock, I believe the 82-269 will be a good fit.

I went to the hardware store and tried to buy a replacement hook lock for the door pictured and it is too big. What would be an adequate replacement. The broken hook lock fell into the door. Thanks see attached photos

Broken 2 prong latch lever for sliding glass door lock

Tip of the lever/handle broken on sliding door lock. I need to replace both lock mechanism and lever. On the lock it says; "I I Made in New Zealand" as you can read. I am looking for exact or replacement parts that can fit without changing door.

Says it's made in New Zealand. Can't really make out the letters but I think it's "II". Sdg r20 96x96. Can you help? Thanks
