26-150 Cam Pivot Pair

Plastic part that attaches to the window with a nail and screw and fits into the window track on the bottom of the sash cord. These are 1980s Norco Windows that tilt in. 2 per window.

We need the seals, lift assist, and guides for 36"x36" double hung window (Louisiana Pacific). We have the wood frame In the wall and both sashes and that is all. I have a broken part that is connected to the actual window (I have included two pictures each of the broken part and what a non-broken part looks like). I'm using this new part along with new balance block and tackle parts 751 series from Swisco on windows from JB Sash a local company. When installing the new part on the window there is 1 hole for a countersunk screw and a second hole. Is the second hole for a finish nail? Thanks ... (cont.)

We have 3 windows where the piece at the bottom of the balance, the blue piece in the pic, has broken and thus the balance does not hold the window up. Hi Swisco, please see attached pics of the Loewen balance - the item is for a tilt-out window and is stamped with 25D ... 25 in length and 1/2 in width. It installs recessed into the channel with two cam pivots on the sash that mount into the clamp on the end of the string. Mike
