Good day, I'm trying to identify this part that acts like a cam bar, connecting the sash to the balances. Its a wood/vinyl window but has no markings so I cant identify the make. Any help would be great! Thanks, Keith.

DO you have this part? Not the blue part. The gray part. The gray part tilts when it's sitting in the blue part.

Gasket for the bottom of a top sash for a Semco window.

The attached photos show a broken pivot bar for a wood window I have. The bar is screwed to the bottom of the window and the tongue fits in a piece attached to the spring in the sash. Both pivot bars are broken. Do you have a replacement part available?

Hello! I have seven older vinyl windows that all have the same problem. All of the balance rods are under tension, but the shoes that slide in in the tracks do not move. Looking for Right and left window balances. Channel is marked 24 HB. The sash weight is 10.1 lbs. The channel length is 27 and 1/4 inches. Also need 2 clips (left & right) on the bottom of the side of the sash. If these parts aren't available a complete new set-up would be ok.

I believe these are NORCO windows around 1990? I'd like to replace the side channels with the spring mechanism inside on several windows. I have a lower window an S751 ribbed channel balance that has a mark 36RB on it. It is 38 3/4 inches long and the window is 25.4 lbs. They are wedge shaped pivots. I found some similar on your website and ordered them, but if you have the exact ones that would be even better.
