Hi, I have jeld-wen sliding glass door that opens from the left hand side. I need a whole new handle assembly with outside key lock and inside thumb lock as well as a multi point mortise lock with face plate and a multi-point lock keeper.

It states amesbury hardware on the back and the inside handle has "B" labeled on the inside and the outside has an "A" on it.. It's also a keyless lock and the top to bottom screw holes are 4' apart with the lock hole an 1 1/4 from the bottom hole..

Looking for replacement sliding glass door handles in stainless steel. Original handles are JW pat. # D466787. Original are white, looking to replace with stainless as my dog continues to open it removing the paint. Thank you, Michael

Can you tell me what mortise lock I need for the 82-086 legacy keyed handle? My current mortise lock is for a center key hole but the 82-086 is not a centered keyhole. So it doesn't line up.

Door lock is sticking. When you move the lock to from "lock" to "unlock" it often won't completely release and requires a lot of repeated and rough attempts to complete the process. This is true both when in contact with door frame and when ajar.
