I currently have the below and need a replacement set, the measurements from the center of screws on the inside handle is 3 15/16 and my outside handle has a cylinder lock and keys. Inside Handle has a part of 1060-1943 Outside has a mfg name of Sash Controls Inc, Part #1963.

The part as a number 2265 then the us patent 5125703 D 340398. On the bottom it says Sash controls. There are 2 locking mechanisms., one at the top and one at the bottom.
