I just bought https://www.swisco.com/Legacy-Handle/pd/Patio-Glass-Door-Replacement-Locking-Handles/82-086 And it didn't come with a keeper. Can you help me with which keeper I should buy to use with this new handle? Thank you.

The handle came off and was reattached, but feels loose.

I've installed a Legacy keyed handle (82-086) along with mortise lock 82-229. Upon installation I proceeded to remove the keys from the handle (which came inserted from manufacturer) and I cannot get the lock mechanism to let go or release of the key. Our new home broke off sliding glass door handles for a Richmond American home 12 foot patio door. The home is a Richmond American Coral II model. It looks to be an easy replacement with two screws on each handle.

The door looks appear to be locked into place I took it apart and it's even worse. All I know is my door is a silver line door #800234 I'm trying to get the lock to work again and I'm not sure what parts I need to replace it.
