Good Afternoon, We would like to replace the entire door handle and lock system. The inside handle broke off and there is a problem with the lock working. From what I can tell part 82-086 would work. I am just not sure. Please let me know what I need to do next

I am not sure of how the measurements are taken. The door is 1.5" thick. It has the original lock, which I want to replace with a keyed lock. If any of the pictures are not clear, or you need additional information, please let me know. I am ready to purchase this lock. Thank You!!! ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace these handles, because they broke when the door was opened aggressively. I do not care about color or style so much, but I would like one that locks from the inside (we have the piece that locks it). The back of the outside handle says "Imperial USA" and "Keynetic." Need new thumb turn and handles

I have these parts. I know i need the ,Product Code: 82-265. Do you have the other items in the photo? Id love to get a complete kit and start off fresh and new. If not what parts would you recommend? the turning lever and key lock are very loose and need replacing. Thank you.

The handle was loose. My husband and I tried to fix it and didn't do a good job. The screws became bent and my handyman says the white handle screw holes have been stripped. I need a new handle, complete with screws. The locking mechanism is still in place and does work. I'm afraid I do not know the ... (cont.)

Need a 7 1/2 in patio door handle in white. Have 3 15/16 screw holes. Width if door is 1 11/16. Handle screws into face plate is 5 1/2 in. Do you have anything that would work? Thank you

I couldn't find any part numbers on the piece that is broken. The top latch part doesn't go back in when unlocked and catches. My husband ordered a part from this site he thought would be a match but it isn't. Hoping we can swap them out. But need help identifying the right part. Thanks! ... (cont.)
