Black part broke causing the window to not shut and fall out of track . I'm looking for the left upper casement part for the top of window .

Truth 31230A This is from an almost 30 year jeld wen (Caradco) casement window. The short arm measures 4-12/16 inches from center of pivot point to center of hole that slips over the post.

I don't know who the manufacturer is; we bought a long time ago. Can you identify? Do you happen to have these parts?

our vinyl windows are approx 30 years old. the hardware on some of the windows is now rusted and needs replacing. I will need the mechanical opener and slide rails.

Hello, 22 years ago I installed Silverline windows in the house I was building. I think that the UV rays or just age has caused many of these handle mechanisms to crack, keeping the window from opening. Do you have replacement mechanisms and new handles?

dropped the window when installing Ac and bent the operator arms.

I don't know the window manufacture these are older window and I need new cranks.

Hi, Looking to repair a couple casement window mechanisms. Roto HG05 2006U are on the existing window mechanisms. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking for a left and right hand mechanism as well as 6 crank handles.(3-right,3 left). Thank you, Mike
