Recently moved in to our house and found one of the windows fell off the hinges. Looking at the markings it appears to be a two bar hinge that someone else also posted about(pic 1 with all the measurements). Would you have those in stock? My house was built in 2008. Thank you.

It has been difficult to crank open and close without helping the window by pushing or pulling. Attached find pictures of the crank assembly parts for your identification purposes.

Hi, I was wondering if you might have this replacement hinge for a Norco window which is about 20-25 years old? Please see the attached picture. The hinge pin has rusted away. Pictures show what I need. If I take the track of window sill, will I be able to replace just the pin?
