The gears seem to be in tact in my Pozzi window. The screw gear part seems to be stripped. It will open. But not close. The rotating arms seem ok. Do you have anything to help me?

Hello. I have Andersen casement windows. Two pictures attached. I want to replace everything, including the handle. Is there a kit that comes with everything?

I can not locate this part for a casement window

I have older(over 10 years old) "Survivor" brand casement windows. With "truth" hardware the screws sheared that hold the lefthand (left side facing from inside house) crank to the frame. Looking for the small black plastic clip the slides in the upper and lower track of my weather shield casement window. We believe the windows were built in the mid to late 1990's. The clip is attached to the metal bracket on the sash. There is one at the top and one at the bottom of each sash. ... (cont.)

This part is from the upper hinge slide of a 2006 Weathershield casement window. The part has broken allowing the top of the window to tilt outward. The rest of the hinge and hardware seem OK.
