There are no company designation on the pieces. There is an "A" and "B" on the arms for LH/RH. The hinge point/pivot on the bottom of the window is unusual, it has mating parts that can be adjusted left and right on sliding/serrated surfaces. Any help would be great. What operator goes with the 36-048 top hinge the best?.......I have an old norco casement window and having a hard time finding compatible replacement parts. I know the best approach is to replace both the upper and lower hinges, even though only of the hinges is broke.......Thank You. ... (cont.)

The window is unable to be closed since the part is broken. The arm measurement is 7" instead of 4 7/8" that was displayed with Encore dual arm operator 39-253LB. Do you have the part with 7" instead?

Superseal Window latch got rusted and broke. Attached the window model number and a picture of the latch.

Part of Anderson crank side open window . Black piece warped . Does not glide into bar. One bar has a number #7177-18 6 1/2" long nut to nut and on back on same bar #cw35,4,5,6,SPLT Bar with black piece 4 7/8" has a #4 on nut that holds black piece. Black piece widest part is 1 3/4". I have Vetter casement windows from 1998. The corner on 2 of the windows doesn't pull in and close properly. Is that a hardware problem? Are the parts available. Several numbers on the hardware: 20810, 515381A. Thanks

Need help identifying and ordering this part.

I need two parts One is the locking mechanism. The other part is the swing arm on the top of the casement window. The plastic piece broke and it won't stay in the track so I can't open the window

I've got more photos of rest of parts, if needed. I want to replace ALL hardware on 14 windows (7LH & 7RH). These windows were installed circa 1995.

I think I need to replace the casement since the window keeps coming off the track. The nylon roller is also in bad shape. Can you help identify what type of casement I need and what part of the window I need to pry off? Unsure if it's two pieces or one.
