5 inch arm with piece that screws to bottom of window. Is handle sold separately? Come to think of it, it appears I have the gear and arm upside down. 10 inch hinge on bottom of window. Dear sirs': Attached is the photos of the "pivot plate or keeper" with the broken plastic around the pivot holes from my Weatherlok 882 casement windows. I need two (2) Truth #40987 replacement hardware/ hinges in 13" length. These are left hinge windows that crank out. The cranks work fine. It is the hinge pivot on the window that has some kind of sliding piece which appears to be rusted. I bought the Swisco #36048 in the 10" length. Not sure i ... (cont.)

The crank mechanism is stripped and will no longer open and close the window. Tell me what part it is and I will order it.

The pictures shown are from the non broken window. The little black piece that slides on the track in the window top picture snapped and I now have the window locked shut. What is the black piece called and is it possible to replace just that piece?

I have Graef casement windows on my bay window. The hinge and the handle mechanism do not work. It is a 24 inch window.
