Hi, customer service asked me to upload pictures of my operator and hinge, but I think one of the pieces of the operator arm is not attached. It sort of fell out when I opened up the window. I included a picture of it as well. Thanks in advance for any help!

I have two windows not closing properly. One will not close far enough to use lock mechanism, the other window will shut on the lock side but the far side pushes away from sill.Once we figure out what I need I would like to by two sets of hardware. There are 2 straight approximately 6 inch straight pieces that seems to be built to limit how far the window can open.
