Unsure what happened to my right side assembly, one of the coils slipped out of the housing. One coil has "#90 35" " marked on it, another has "10.0" and "3" marked on it.

I work at an apartment and can't find exact balances anywhere the clear plastic part is what keeps breaking

Hi this is the only image i can finagle.; both of the coil balances in this window seem to be broken. I do not want to remove them because I need to keep the window closed for now. Looking to replace for a single hung window - MI Windows, 4300 Series. Looks to be a Quicktilt 12 pound tandem (two coil). Not sure if I can replace just the springs or the shoe/slider, whatever is easier. The coils snapped and the shoe/slider seems okay.

Do you have these parts available?

I haven't had any luck finding a replacement for this. I do not have a picture of one removed cause we found the window without one at all. This picture is from a good window. This window is made by Sprouse.

The windows were installed in October 2018 The first picture is the good balancer still installed the second is the one I took out. there is a 12 marked on the balance no markings on the springs. The lower window weighs 21.6 lbs. I hope you can help me find the right parts to repair the window. The ... (cont.)
