We have a few windows that need window balances replaced. Attached are photos of the balance we currently have. Do you sell a product to replace the balances we currently have? Please find the attached photo of a working balance with out the window sash installed. John

This window does not stay up. It keep sliding down. The hardware use double coils, each coil is marked #65 35". Do you know if you have replacements for the hardware? Thank you!!

Hello Swisco.The window shown in the uploaded image slides down when opened. I've removed and reinserted the to Coil Balance items but the issue remains. This coil balance is in my son's single hung Pella window. It's a double pane window and it's near impossible to read the Pella serial number between the two panes of glass. I also can't seem to find anything online that looks exactly like this. The only number I see is the 10 that appears clearl ... (cont.)

I have a customer who need to have a couple of spring balance kits replaced in one window. I believe I need to order PN 15 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, DUAL.
