Casement window crank mechanism rusty and not turning the window fully shut.

Can you help me identify the black plastic piece in this photo? These are broken on two of my windows.

I think I need the "L" shaped part. When I close the window(turning the operator counter-clock wise), it does not close completely. Something is stuck at the end of the closing cycle, so the window does not close tightly. The window is still open about 2 inches. That is all I can do when I close th ... (cont.)

I hope you carry replacement hinges that fit. These are 21"X45" vinyl windows. The part that mounts to the frame is 9 1/2" by 3/4" and the rod is about 6 1/2". They don't have the lock that is on yours but there is an adjustment nut under it. Maybe exact lengths aren't needed. I didn't see any manuf ... (cont.)

The bracket that screws into the bottom of the vinyl casement window and provides the sliding pivot point for the window has rusted in half. There is another pivot arm that comes off the same bottom bracket that attaches to the other part of the sliding mechanism. The crank handle that matches all ... (cont.)

I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?
