The gears don't seem to be working to open the casement window and the cover to the unit is cracked . Need replacement parts for Truth Entry Gard 30744 (looking from inside the house) right window.

This is a Jeld Wen casement window. When you open it, the left side opens outwards, towards the right. The brackets that attach to the window pins/hinges and slide in the track are broken. Also, the lower guide bar, not the levers that move the window, has had the pin connecting it to the frame s ... (cont.)

This black plastic piece broke off the top and bottom of my casement window. It is the part that slides into the track. Is there a replacement part for this?

This track has the slide built into and pivots on a small plastic part, (exactly at the corner) notice photo with red shirt, the end of hinge point on track is raised slightly Our local suppliers keep trying to give us tracks with slides that hinge about two inces from the end. This window when shut tight still isnt being pulled snugly into the frame. Hinge problem? Or that metal part where the window pivots? Maybe i should order both parts. Can you ID?

Casement window crank mechanism rusty and not turning the window fully shut.

Can you help me identify the black plastic piece in this photo? These are broken on two of my windows.

I think I need the "L" shaped part. When I close the window(turning the operator counter-clock wise), it does not close completely.
