I hope you carry replacement hinges that fit. These are 21"X45" vinyl windows. The part that mounts to the frame is 9 1/2" by 3/4" and the rod is about 6 1/2". They don't have the lock that is on yours but there is an adjustment nut under it. Maybe exact lengths aren't needed. I didn't see any manuf ... (cont.)

The bracket that screws into the bottom of the vinyl casement window and provides the sliding pivot point for the window has rusted in half. Need to replace this hinge. Truth 30744. Ordered 36-004-10 thought this would work. It did in one of my other windows but not on this one. What do I need?

I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?

Would like to replace this hinge since the plastic part that holds it on track is broken.In looking at the existing hinge, I noticed the top hinge's arm does not snap off. See attached pic. All we can tell you that it is part of the window's track, but we need to replace it. If you can, can you tell us the name and what it does so we can replace it.

Window wont open or close properly

This a new installation. I have another pozzi window just like this one that I need hardware for so I can open it. I know I need 1ea 39--070 but did not see the 2 ea side hings for the right and left sides of the window. plus 1 ea 28-3/4 X 16 inch screen. Please let me know what I need. ... (cont.)
