I need to replace the crank mechanisms in 8 windows and the parts I ordered are incorrect. The parts from the window are pictured.

The operator jams at the last 1" position when closing preventing the window from fully closing. If I use force it feels like the gears are slipping. The operator was made in 2001 and the part numbers I see are as follows: - straight arm 41011 - swivel arm 31876

Truth. 30744 These are the markings on the crank.

Window crank won't close it all the way, handle just spins. Joel
