Do you carry the replacement window crank & hardware?

Just wanted to make sure I'm ordering the correct part. The only markings on the old unit are the date on bottom "04/24/17 18:31 A" and "Truth" under the crank mechanism. Do I need the left handed unit? Window opens to the left from the outside. Thanks, Janna

Markings visible: 31858 41012 Truth

No names or numbers that I can find. Cabin built in 2000, at least 8 windows with gears slipping now. They all look the same, pictures from middle sized window.

The window will not close the last 2 inches because the teeth on the gears have worn down.

I cannot find what make of windows these are. I am hoping you will be able to tell what model they are by the hardware that needs replaced. We manage 100+ units and one of the windows cranks was snapped off. Were trying to get the right part for this window as it can not open

I've replaced the handle but am still having issues closing the window. The handle doesn't catch properly and I believe the whole mechanism requires replacement.

The gear drive on the Hurd window regulator is stripped and will not close the last 2", has to be pushed or pulled closed

There are no markings that I can find on the crank itself. The only marking I can find is on the window itself. C-L C25-36x72. Pictures attached of what I need. Let me know if I you need additional info.
