39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount

I am in need of one left hand and one right hand Hurd Casement window operator. Please see attached info.

I'm looking for two parts for this window. First, it's missing a handle. Second, it is missing a clip/part that keeps the arm in the track of the window. Do you have any parts that will work?

We have a control mechanism for opening or closing a window where the gears teeth have been broken. Also on a separate window, we have locking arm that has been broken off

I'm looking for new hardware to replace these older units. Needs to sit simular on the frames.

Hello, Could you help me identify this part, and would you have a spec sheet for it? It has a Truth logo etched on it.

Hi, I've looked all over and can't find any names or markings on these parts. I'm looking to replace the crank and operator set. The screw must be stripped and the crank doesn't work and one of the swing arms just comes off.

Truth with 32062 stamped on the top of one arm, and 41011 on the bottom of another. I may also need to know how to remove it--with all 8 screws removed, the plate and gears still don't want to slide out...there's something I don't know and haven't done to slide it out thru the hole in the window fra ... Truth Made in USA I believe we previously bought from Alco, but i don't think it's available. Looking for some remaining stock or a suitable replacement.

Hi there. We are having issues with several of our window cranks.They each spin open line but it seems to be stripped when trying to spin the window closed again. Hi there - we have A LOT of windows that have broken cranks. A few are 40887. They don't close all the way and some don't crank. I just found out you can get replacements. We are super capable and are happy to tackle this on our own. Thanks! Stef

I have a number of manual windows that are hard to open/close. The gears on the one pictured are completely "frozen"; we're hoping to buy one, and if it works, then proceed to order more (both left and right cranks). Hi, I'd like help replacing the entire crank system of this casement window, including the cover and handle. I think it is a Jeld-wen but can't be certain, as the elements have nearly destroyed the window's I.D. tag (see photo). I believe this is a RH crank? Many thanks in advance! ... (cont.)
