I need 10 black nonmetal brackets (part no. 31878) for a Cascade extension window. The bracket fits into a groove on the window and is attached to the extension arm. A picture of the bracket on a working window is enclosed.g

Need a new cranking mechanism. Not sure what type this is. It is centered in the middle of my window. Any help would be highly appreciated. I found a number stamped on one of the arms upon closer inspection, 31881. I'm not sure if that would help

I've recently purchased one 39-239B : Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount. I'm trying to remove the original white cover. Is the cover supposed to come off of the original Truth Model 41013? I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black.
