Need a new cranking mechanism. Not sure what type this is. It is centered in the middle of my window. Any help would be highly appreciated. I found a number stamped on one of the arms upon closer inspection, 31881. I'm not sure if that would help

I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black. I need about 4 of these if you have them. The first part of the arm is about 4" long, the second part of the arm is approximately 11 1/4" long. The overall length is approximately 15' long. The crank housing is 4 15/16" wide that fits into the window frame itself. I hope this helps. ... (cont.)
