The brackets and arms that hold the window in its frame have broken. The window can no longer be opened without the window falling out. I haven't been able to take the window out to remove the hardware. I need another person to help. I took photos of the window in place and measured the brackets/ ... (cont.)

Our windows don't swing left or right. They open straight out. The truth operator looks more like an awning opener.

This a window crank taken out a PGT window. The only markings are 41010B on 1 arm and I believe 3180 on the other. Also, says made in America.

I have to order 2 more 39-239B I also need 2 that have the crank in the middle of the unit and it extends 8 inches or so. Same clips as 39-239B
