Hello, I'm looking for a replacement operator for a casement window original to my house. I've ordered from Swisco before for another window in my house that opened from the bottom, but this one is different in that it opens from the side (though operator is still at bottom). Need to identify this cover and handle, also need this actuator in the opposite direction,

The operator doesn't close the windows completely, stays one inch open the wheels are not lined up anymore. I am a second owner without warranty service from Milgard. I need two left (from outside) operators. Do you also have installation instructions. Thank you. Andreas
