I need a replacement crank unit. there are no marking on the window or the crank. i do not know the manufacturer, i just need a replacement, can you help?

I need replacement triple arm crank outs for two windows installed in the 1980's. Possibly Ply Gem windows. Need instructions for removing them and where to get parts that will fit. Thanks!

I don't know what part to order

I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in. Swisco : These 2002 dated milgard cranks are die cast metal painted bisque metal cover cranks It has a 5/8 diameter crank handle insertion flat to meet the handle crank. The operators I purchased are the correct replacement size of my current operators except for the black piece on the end of the long arm. My old ones just had a metal post without the black part. I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long. Weather stripping is just dry rotting and it just fits into a slot in the window. The crank works until you get to the point of closing the window all the way.It looks like the gears are just above catching at the end so you can crank the window shut. Thanks Marty

The operator doesn't close the windows completely, stays one inch open the wheels are not lined up anymore. I am a second owner without warranty service from Milgard. I need two left (from outside) operators. Do you also have installation instructions. Thank you. Andreas
