I need to replace my Hurd window opening mechanism. It is stamped with the code 14D200P and on another rod Truth. The handle is to the left center of the crank and the window opening. in the photos you can see the two windows on the outside that are casing windows. There's a photo of the info on the window, which does not need replacing at this time. Then there's the hardware which I hope you can see clear enough. it's all rusted and I need to replace both of them. please let m ... (cont.)

If you can find the truth hardware or something that will work in its stead that would be sweet, we also need the plastic facia façade cover not pictured,?. because I lost it?.

I have 12 severely corroded dual arm, pivoting (not sliding) vinyl casement window operators that need to be replaced. I am adding pictures. The arm from the operator mechanism is 3.5 inches long, the upper pivoting arm is 5 inches and the lower pivoting arm is 7 inches long. Hope you can help.Laure ... (cont.)

Photos showed broken crank from lefthand Milgard casement window. Crank shaft snapped. Installed photo is from identical mirror image right hand window. Our 2 crank windows won't close if they have been fully opened. We can't find a left and right replacement system on your website. We have attached a photo. Please advise
