Stainless part of hinge slide is 13" long w 4 screw holes. Markings include #40987 and words " pry to remove sash. Slide arm has #31858 and is 7 3/8" long.Crank operator has # 31876 Truth on bottom of an arm. The hole to insert crank into window frame is 4 7/8" long. Your assist is much appreciated. ... (cont.)

I'm looking for replacement parts for two(left and right)casement windows. Also the cranks that I have are nesting cranks I would like to have the regular cranks instead of the nesting cranks. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Good morning, I just want to verify that 39-253LB is correct. Also do I need the replacement black retainer for the end of the long arm? How about new window bracket at end of short arm...mine has a stud with a slip ring. Thank you.

I do not have them in front of me. My husband is on a job and asked that I help him try and locate replacements. If you tell me where to find a number I can call him. I see Truth on one piece.

50.60.00.211 ENCORE LH DYAD OPERATOR was the type that they said replaced the one I had. it seems to match the one that you have Product Code: 39-220B the measurements seem to match the down-offset link arm measures at 4-7/8" overall if this is the length after the elbow that attaches to the window. ... Trying to replace this hardware on these windows, 3 out of 4 window cranks are stripped

I'm looking for fold down replacement cranks for some Millard casement windows. We already tried the Prime Lind TH24086 Entrygard Nesting Cover and Crank and they didn't fit.Please let me know if you have modern fold down replacements for these. Thanks so much,Kristen

I have a right-hinge Jeld Wen window that needs a new operator. The gear is stripped in the current one (circa 2008) and will not close the window. I have to manually close the window. Photos attached.

hi, attached are photos of the operator needed.its made by truth. It came from a window installed in 2006.you have something close but it doesn't include the bracket and nylon slide. Thanks,John
