Casement windows from 'Great Lakes' no longer in business. Has an additional bar which pulls the hinged corner about 4 inchs when opening. a part number on the bottom '022800 23:40' and on one of the arms there is an 'up arrow' and the word in caps 'TRUTH' looks a lot like 'Encore dual arm' , ... Need this part

The stem holding the hand crank broke off and so the whole assembly needs to be replaced including new screws and a new handle. Could not find a part number, but "truth" is stamped on one of the arms.

Need to replace two window cranks. Make and model are unknown.

Looking for a replacement. Identifiers are: 092598 on the crank 41011 on the solid arm 31876 on the two piece arm. Brand is Truth on the solid arm.

This window is made by Crystal was installed about 20 years ago. The crank cannot close the window all the way as shown in the picture. The window width is about 21 inches.
