Need help identifying the window coil balance for the window in the image provided. These are Simonton impact windows. Can I get assistance identifying the parts to purchase replacements ? Thank you very much

Hello. I am trying to find a replacement for this part.

I have several broken parts so my windows will not go up and down properly. I have included in the photos a picture of the only bar code/ numbers on the window. The pivot bar has numbers 9808 on it and I know I have several of them that are broken. Those are the only numbers I can find. ... (cont.)

408L is printed on spring it gose in a simonton windoe

Left and right tilt latches, pivot shoe, and latch that keeps bottom sash from being opened up fully.

Not sure which pivot hinges I need to replace for my windows. They are double hung simonton windows.

Looking for replacement coil balances for a number for our windows. Coil has what I believe to be "10J" written on it. Tried ordering a WRS Series 37 Tandem QuickTilt - 10 lbs, but it did not work for what we needed.

The screw side broke off that connects the band spring to the plastic part.

Wondering what size cylinder needed 3/4 I was assuming but I'm wanting to know possibly the weight and what shoe would fit for this window
