15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe

Please see attached pictures. The side pivot pieces on both sides are broken as well as the sash clip on the right side top.

I have a few windows where I am replacing the upper and lower sashes on and in the process I'll be replacing the hardware as well on a few of them. Looking for compatible balancing assemblies / hardware. Best Regards, Patrick

I attached a picture of the window, kind of in the attached photo.

The shoe holding the pin locking piece broke (pictures attached). The markings on the outside of the coil are 40 / L. Looking for a replacement part or whole assembly is ok too.

I have a client with 10 Simonton windows that won't stay open. Id rather fix than replace. The piece the cam fits into is broken. The rest looks in tack. Can you help me find the replacement part?

Hello Swisco Team, We have two broken Simonton coil balancers on lower half of window (pictures attached and were wondering what the replacement part would be. The window states "series 07-09" and 75-75DH inside the track. Thank you!

I have 4 windows that need bith right and left side part replaced. The pole at the bottom of the window rides inside the metal part, while the plastic piece rides inside the side window channels.

Hi, I ordered a set of '10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, SingleS140-10' and installed them. My window is struggling to open and it sort of tilts from side to side on the way up and down. Could it be because of the depth of the coil? My old ones are 3/4" and marked 10J, the new ones are about 1/2". Doubl ... (cont.)

Hi, I need help finding the correct replacement parts for my window. The pivot shoe is labeled: PAT #5,704,166. The coil balance is stamped with 11 on top and 1 on the bottom. The coil balance is 3/4" wide. The coil support is stamped with 2. The window weighs 20 lbs.

Looks like the 15-192 replacement pivot shoe part will address my Simonton window issue once the aligner "bumps" on the front face are removed. Aside from the broken plastic shoe, my existing hardware can be reused. Question: Do you sell the plastic componet separately?
