Hi, I ordered a set of '10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, SingleS140-10' and installed them. My window is struggling to open and it sort of tilts from side to side on the way up and down. Hi, I need help finding the correct replacement parts for my window. The pivot shoe is labeled: PAT #5,704,166. The coil balance is stamped with 11 on top and 1 on the bottom. The coil balance is 3/4" wide. The coil support is stamped with 2. The window weighs 20 lbs.

I had the balance on 2 Simonton 6500 windows break recently and I'm trying to find new parts. Looks like the 15-192 replacement pivot shoe part will address my Simonton window issue once the aligner "bumps" on the front face are removed. Aside from the broken plastic shoe, my existing hardware can be reused. Question: Do you sell the plastic componet separately?

The piece I'm looking for is attached to the spring coil. Hello, we are missing this captive plastic part that holds the metal barrel that holds the window. We have the one on the left side of the window as shown, but are missing the one from the right side of the window. Thank you!

Hello, I need help identifying the correct Tile Shoe to replace the ones that have broken in the slides of the windows. I am not sure if I need to replace the coil as well.

170 I think, its a 3 stack all of them say 407 on the spring, 1 short tongue, 1 long tongue and 1 with and even longer tongue. Can i also get the single, double and triple housing units for hold the coils

I believe these are for Simonton vinyl double hung windows. I will need 2 of these dual coil balances with pivot shoes. Also, I need two single coil balances with pivot shoes for. smaller Simonton window Thanks, David
