409 is stamped on my spring? Which new spring does that match?

Hi, I need a left and right balance assembly, the shoe has a pat # 5,704,165, it's about 1 1/4" wide and 13/16" deep and 1 5/8 high, the upper coil has a 6 on it and the lower coil has a 9 on it, would like to purchase a left and right assembly already assembled

409 stamped into the spring.

I need a balancer assembly and a pivot bar for a Simonton double-hung sash. The balancer goes on the right side of the window facing it from inside the house, and the pivot bar goes on the left. the photos of the installed balancer are of the left one, as I had already removed the broken right side ... Hello, I have both the balances on my Simonton window broken. I'm not sure what weight I need to buy, the coil has 409S stamped on it. If you could help recommend replacements that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The windows are in a state of disrepair. Broken shoes and coils. Would like to replace the coils and pivot shoes.
