Hello, I have several windows where that have problems with the hardware. 1) the 3" pins on the bottom of the sash have broken at the screw hole. 2) the metal slot that rotates has spread and broke. Hello, both of my balances broke and I need help identifying them for replacement. Also, my window tracks do not have a cutout to get the parts in/out, do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
