Hello, both of my balances broke and I need help identifying them for replacement. Also, my window tracks do not have a cutout to get the parts in/out, do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm looking for a Constant Force Balancer for a PGT SH5500 single hung window.

I need 2 (right and left)

M 6 lb. on boots Plastic clips just broke apart and pieces caused jamming issues and the boys just forced window up and down, breaking the shoes. I need 2 of each. There are no bars alongside, thinking the shoes are part S161-06 but don't take my word for it.

"Window balancer" broke. It appears to have 3 parts to it. The white bottom, middle and clear top which is spring loaded to the bottom white parts.

What type of coil balance do I need to replace this? The coil is snapped. Thank you.

We have 1 window that we use constantly, even in the winter. The coil balance snaps on one side and then the other.
