rail is 10 " and the screw holes match up with the part number you have listed as Product Code: 36-004-10 but the arm is 5-7/8" long rather than 5-1/4" and is attached in a different location.

I brought a Tafco casement window from Homedepot its 30"x48". It's suppose to be an egress window but because when it opens the window moves towards the left about 6" it width opening is now only 18".
