I purchased a replacement patio door lock but it doesn't work. I have a Silensia door (see photo for model number) and need the right patio door lock.

Looking for any help if you can. Broke one of these door pulls on a house I'm renting, there are multiple locks like this so the replacement has to match. Can you point me in the direction of a new set or just the exterior handle? Thank you

I purchased key lock 82-310 and have drilled a hole to insert the new 82-310 key lock in the outside handle. The opening in the existing latch mechanism for the existing latch lever tailpiece is a slot. A square opening, rather than a slot, is required to accommodate a 82-240 type latch lever tailpi ... Series 6820 SGD SGD-R20-96 X 96 . IWC is stamped on interior handle . Has a exterior lock . Door is 1" thick. Screws are 3 15/16 center. Is the interior handle is cracked and bending, is this part available? Or the whole system? Thanks Bruce

Looking to replace this door handle I purchased more than 20 years ago.

We bought our home here about 3 years ago. House supposedly built about 2007 using pgt doors. A few days ago the lock stopped working. The arm does not always pop out now.
