I'd ideally like to avoid replacing the double latch keeper on the door frame, but those measurements are proving difficult to find. I need to replace a handle set on a Pella sliding glass door. You have a similar set available. It is part number 82-086. The lock lever on that set is offset though. It looks to be a very close match. Is it available with the lock lever centered?

Struggling to find handle and mortise lock for an American exteriors inc (Denver) door likely more than 20 years old.

Can you tell me what mortise lock I need for the 82-086 legacy keyed handle? My current mortise lock is for a center key hole but the 82-086 is not a centered keyhole. So it doesn't line up.

Client needs this to be a lockable latch with a key from the outside. Currently only a finger latch on the inside of the door

The toggle is not moving the lock to latch anymore. It also appears the mortise lock top and bottom have partly broken off. I can't find a mortise lock that matches these measurements. It appears to be a Legacy handle set.

Here is the old handle side by side with the new. As you can see the screw holes line up. However the location of the lock is offset where the old one is dead center.
