Struggling to find handle and mortise lock for an American exteriors inc (Denver) door likely more than 20 years old.

Can you tell me what mortise lock I need for the 82-086 legacy keyed handle? My current mortise lock is for a center key hole but the 82-086 is not a centered keyhole. So it doesn't line up.

The toggle is not moving the lock to latch anymore. It also appears the mortise lock top and bottom have partly broken off. I can't find a mortise lock that matches these measurements. It appears to be a Legacy handle set.

Here is the old handle side by side with the new. As you can see the screw holes line up. However the location of the lock is offset where the old one is dead center.

I purchased a replacement patio door lock but it doesn't work. I have a Silensia door (see photo for model number) and need the right patio door lock.

I purchased key lock 82-310 and have drilled a hole to insert the new 82-310 key lock in the outside handle. The opening in the existing latch mechanism for the existing latch lever tailpiece is a slot. A square opening, rather than a slot, is required to accommodate a 82-240 type latch lever tailpi ... Series 6820 SGD SGD-R20-96 X 96 . IWC is stamped on interior handle . Has a exterior lock . Door is 1" thick. Screws are 3 15/16 center. Is the interior handle is cracked and bending, is this part available? Or the whole system? Thanks Bruce
