Im looking to see which mortise lock would fit this size. Its centered latch and the screws at 4 inches apart.would the 82-081 fit on my door. Also do you just sell the lock cylinder and handle by itself

The sliding glass door handle will not latch shut easily. We made adjustments to the wall mounted latch but it didn't last. The door is hard to latch locked. The inside handle broke in two just below the locking lever. Can you recommend a replacement? Does not need to be gold color, white would be ok.
