We are using casement windows that came out of a warehouse years ago. Bought them from a architectural salvage company in Dallas. Let me know if you have replacement parts. I have included 3 photos. Please tell me what the correct pieces are.

I measured the single arm from screw hole to tip at 8 and 3/4 inches, exterior measures 5 and 1/4 inches, exterior holes are 4 and 3/4 and interior holes are 3 and 7/8 inches. I thought maybe your part # 39-001 might work. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Can you please help me identify a replacement for hardware shown in photo attached? I believe the stamp says 1.H. I.R. The arm length is 9 inches and the bolt holes are 4" on center.

Right and left hand window crank

I had originally ordered 39-001 and 39-002, but the arm angle is not correct as a replacement. These are 9" crank operators. Any assist would be appreciated. I need both left and right hand versions. Thanks, Marty

Attached is a picture of the right side window crank assembly I would like to replace.I need both the left and right side assemblies. Do you have these parts? I could come to Camdenif necessary, but maybe you can identify it.Gary

I am helping do some repairs at a non profit transitional living facility for homeless families. This facility used to be an old hotel. I haven't seen a casement lock yet here with these dimension. Mounting screws 2 5/8" Gap between mount and lock point is 1/2" to 5/8" depending on where you measure it on the taper. Cranks 39-002 and 39-001 fit these windows perfectly, but I suspect that's rather standard?

Glass window operator

I need a replacement window crank operator for a rental apartment. My tenant took the attached photo and checked measurements and matched it to 39-002. No markings aside from a "4" on the the back of the crank. Came from a 1920s era house. Mounts directly to the casement window frame, not the wood sill. Thank you!
