Help!
I live in St Louis and I'm going to my mother's in Phoenix to fix her house up so unfortunately the only thing I have is the one picture that I included and I'm hoping that you might know which crank handle I need to replace.

casement crank operators from 1952!
To whom it may concern: I have casement windows dating back to 1952 and the operators are in need of replacement. I cannot find anything on the hardware that indicates the name of the manufacturer. The only visible markings are on the underside of each device. Those markings are as follows: 1. ... (cont.)

Getty Casement Operator Photo
Attached is a photo of my operator. Does your replacement unit have the center "pivot" pin shown on the crank body? Is an additional "T" handle available for this and what is the price on that? Is the material aluminum or painted metal of some kind?

39-138/9 quality, gasket
I'm thinking I could use some of the cheaper, 9" options that match my existing mounting hole patterns (though my arms are 9-1/2")

interchangeability between these operators
Hi There, Are the 39-001&2 interchangeable with the 39-138&139 aside from the extra 1/2 inch on the arm? Are the 39-138&139 the heaviest duty versions you have for this type? Do the 39-138&139's come with handles? If not which ones would I order? Thanks, Rick

39-002? Left hand 9 inch window operator
Hello, my crank fits the dimensions and visual appearance of 39-002. Just wanted to make sure that it might not be a similar, yet different item ... no brand names found on the piece. Metal windows, house built in 1948. Thank you much, Mikael

seeking a stronger casement operator
Dear Swisco, We have a school with casement windows. I'm looking for a stronger operator. It looks like the 39-001/002 and the 39-044/045 would both fit my windows. Which one is stronger inside? I'm looking for something that can stand up to a 12-year old.

Frame height necessary to install opertor
What is the minimum height of the frame necessary to re-install a crank operator. The granite piece that is the sill was added later and we don't know how much it covers of the bottom of the frame. The frame showing above the granite is about 7/8 of an inch. Each window opening is 16 1/4 wide and ... (cont.)

Can't fit operator through opening in window
I received my 39-002, window crank today. However, the arm does not fit through the hole in my window frame. On the arm, there is a "knob" at the far end that I know is supposed to be there (to attach the arm to the bottom of the window itself), but underneath that is a screw end (?) or something ...
