Fentron gears stripped
The interior gear seems to be stripped. Fentron is stamped on the handle. That's all the info I have. Would like to purchase a replacement, possibly more as I work through the house. Windows are circa 1962

Casement Window Parts
Hello, I have several old casement windows that have the gears stripped on the arms. The operators and the worm gears are all fine, but the arm gears are stripped. By my measurements, your 39-001 and 39-002 would make full replacements possible, but I was wondering if it is possible to just get ... (cont.)

Window operator 39-002
Attached is a picture of my window operator. I would like to know if your operator 39-002 will replace mine. I notice that the handle on 39-002 is on the opposite side. Does that matter? I measured mine at 9 inches with a 4" between the screw holes. Thanks, Randy

Old Casement Windows - Missing Hardware
Please help! We just moved into a rental property and realized all of the casement windows are missing hardware and/or cranks. We are hoping you have the parts to make them functional. The house is located in Southern California and was built in 1950. Thanks!

Regarding Window Crank Operator 9" Product Code: 39-002. The window operator I am trying to replace is 91/4 inches from the center of the gears to the center of the disc as shown in your picture. Will a 1/4 of an inch make a difference. The casement windows are from 1949-1950. I do not see an n ... (cont.)

Metal frame casement window operator
I live in Florida. The house is CMU built in the late 1940s. A lot of the windows are painted shut but Im trying to make them operable one by one. I think this will match 39-001, but I'd like to be sure. Will the part need additional finishing to account for the moisture down here? Thanks for your h ... (cont.)

extra arm on crank operator
I have awning windows in my house with Getty operators. They seem to match the 39-002 operators, but there is an extra arm attached to it. Someone forced the window closed from the outside and broke off the top bracket where the operator attaches to the window frame, so it doesn't function properl ... (cont.)

The 39-002 handle will not freely turn
Recently ordered the 39-001/2 casement window crank assembly. Upon installation of the crank handle we discovered that it would not freely turn in a full circle because the set-screw tang on the crank handle is striking the beveled top edge of the crank-gear housing. It appears that either the e ... (cont.)
