39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

Hello Swisco, I just spoke with Tim, who was very helpful. I need to replace this casement window operator on my parents' home from 1978, here in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I do not know the manufacturer of the window. Can you please help? I'm ready to place an order. Thanks! Bruce

One window is missing crank mechanism for window that opens to the left. I also need to two additional straight arms and crank for same type of window, one opens left the other opens right.

I have a double Crestline window with single arms. Attached is a photo. What can you recommend?

closure arm is 12" from roller end to bend in armclosure body is 4" at its widest, and 2-5/8"deep, photo prospective is off.I have other windows with similar closure, but shorter arm that I would be looking to replace also.Fell free to call me to discuss.

I can only find "truth" stamped on the arm of the crank. Looking to replace parts for 6 windows which I do not know the. Manafacturer.

Looking to see if you can cross or identify the part numbers needed so I can purchase from Swisco. Window Hinges is 10"need (see pictures/manf part numbers)for a left swinging window. Maybe Swisco 36-004-10? Window Cranks measured around 13" (Truth assembley - no part was visible) need one for a ... (cont.)

I have Jeld Wen windows in the home (constructed in 2013). The rotating mechanism for opening and closing controlled by a lever (rotating handle) is not working. It opens but does not close properly. Can I buy this mechanism and replace it?

I'm looking to replace a broken lower hinge on my 24" by 48" crank window. it's the bottom hinge on the left side on a double crank window. It looks like the parts you have are one piece crank arm and hinge ? Thanks, Mike
