Photos were taken from inside looking out. Sash locks: 38-097 Operator: 39-013 Are these the correct parts? All the measurements seem to line up with what I have. Thanks-Patrick

I am looking for some weather shield window and door hardware replacement parts. These are the original windows from the late 90 early 2000 built house. this home has over 100 windows and 9 doors.

Window will not open or close completely when cranked. Crank is located on the right side when viewed from the inside out.

Do you have a replacement part for a truth window hardware crank mechanism part 358-1R and 358-1l and what is the cost?

These are Truth which is the manufacture crank windows. Both our right hand and one is 13 inches and one is 9 inches single arm. I attached pictures of the front and back how it looks

my windows are 25 year old. Most are in good shape, but 6-8 of them need replacement hardware. My operators are 39-013 and 39-014. They are in good shape. I want to replace all hardware on the bottom part of the window, but not the top. I believe that the right hinges are 10". My window size is 25" ... (cont.)

Hello! Our handyman took the included photos and recommended that we contact you. We need 2 crank-out window mechanisms, one that's right-sided, one that's left-sided. We also need 1 new handle for the right-hand side of one of the windows. Thank you so much for your help!Judy

the operating track, arm, hinge bar, hinge post, black plastic hinge guide for 9700 series casement window. 6 foot by 2 foot made by MI Home products. they gave me this address. the windows are 1996

The mechanism starts ratcheting when the window reaches almost full closed and starts to provide some resistance, so can't close the window all the way with the hand crank.
