39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

I purchased part 39-013 and part 39-205 to replace a broken crank operator originally made by Biltbest, part # 233 DC. The current track slider is 21 3/8" long. The new part does not fit into the track slider. Do you have a track slider that fits part 39-013? Thanks.

We moved into this house (built in '78 +-) and 12 casement windows all do not operate. Seems the controllers are broken. Attached are three photos - 2 of the controller, and 1 of the window. Any help is appreciated! Dave

I've a worn-out "R.O.W." left-handed operator, arm is 13 1/2 inches long, screw holes in crank are 4 1/2 inches apart. My window repair man could not find a replacement, so he gave the used part back to me.

it is right hand. I have a part # of 45136 on the base, a # of 40052 on what I would call the arm. the mechanism is stripped. I may also need a left hand. can I get new ones?

The controller arm is 7-7/8" long to the bend. I read that this company is no longer in business. Do you have a substitute for this unit? We need to replace probably 4. Thanks for your help.

I have Windows that look like Anderson Windows in my condo. One of the casement operators has been taken off and it's defective. I have sent a picture of the other operator that is still good. Looking for "Truth" casement operator 40055. If possible in white and also the track that fits the bottom of the window that the nylon roller rides in.

Hi there! I need to replace a casement window crank. I still need to figure out how best to remove the old one from the vinyl window, but that's a different story. Can you help me find the right replacement part? Existing operator is Truth and appears to be a single arm.

I have a number of the same size windows where the operators seem to have a lot of play in them especially when its windy and are also very loose in their open/close operation. I have 2 different lengths. One set of windows carries a 9 inch arm and the other set carries a 13 1/2 inch arm. I'll need some RH as well as LH Thanks.

I am just wondering you help me ID this part. The gear is worn out ad I need to get a replacement one. measurement is 3" (screw in between) and for the handle is 13.5" length it has marking TRUTH 45251 and 01972004 0327 for single folding crank assembly. Thanks
