Hello. I am repairing awning windows in 8 rental units and I need help in identifying the necessary parts required. I've attached several pictures. I believe the cranks needed are 39-017 right and 39-016 left. I will need 34 cranks and the ancillary parts you recommend.

I need to replace 4 Crank Operators 2 left and 2 right. The photos I have included show size and I can provide what ever you need for information. Thank You, Hank

The part only had Daryl Miami fla the building was built in 1974. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Item number 39-017 and item number 39-016

These are to windows that were built in the late 50s. The frames are aluminum and have horizontal glass panels. There is a handle that attaches and you turn to open. trying to find window crank replacement as the ones on windows no longer work. there is no name or numbers on this part. 5 and 3/4inches from top to botton. 7/8 inch wide at top with 2 screw opening. 1 5/8 bottom with 2 screws Thank you Linwood

As I read on one of your posts, the crank moves the window out but when operation is reversed, all that happens is the crank ejects itself (unscrews?) from it's holder. All my windows are from the 1960's and in very good condition. They each have a plate that reads "Pan Am". I have included the ... (cont.)

Hello, Attached are pictures to help identify the proper replacement part of a Left Hand Aluminum Jalousie Window Operator. Measurements are indicated on the pictures. This is from a window in a condo that is approximately 23 years old.

Will we be able to replace these on some windows that we have without much else? I mean, do we need to purchase additional screws or anything?

Can you get this part in any other color, namely dark brown, to match the existing set? Or must they be painted?

I need to replace two window cranks (one RH and other LH) at my house. I see a few cranks on your website. How can I determine which is the correct one for me. Going by the number and positions of the fastening screws and their relative positions, the Model 39-016 appears to be the correct LH crank ... (cont.)

Can I purchase the cover plates that cover the openings when you remove a Pan Am window crank? We never use the cranks to open the windows (in an office), and they get in the way of the window blinds.

If I ordered a pan am/daryl window crank (39-016 & 39-017), would the other parts be included like the shoulder screw and the screws to mount the crank onto the window frame and any other supporting parts?
